Returns

We offer a 30 day return on products in ‘like new’ condition and in the original packaging. Please use the form below to initiate a return.


Please keep in mind the following:

  • All return requests must be approved by us

  • Once approved, we will issue a return shipping label

  • Returns expire after 30 days

  • Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement

  • We typically process return requests within 5 business days of receipt and will issue a refund after we had a chance to inspect the item. Please be aware that your credit card provider will need additional time to process the refund (usually around 5 days)

Warranty

We believe in making great furniture and accessories which stand the test of time. Our furniture includes a five (5) year warranty and our accessories include a one (1) year warranty. Exceptions to these policies are explained below. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

The Warranty

Our furniture is designed and manufactured (in Michigan!) to the highest furniture standards. Things happen though, which is why we will happily repair or replace furniture which malfunctions.  

What’s Not Covered by The Warranty

  • Damage caused by any non-standard activities;

  • Discoloration caused by inks, stains, soiling, or dyes;

  • Damage caused by sharp objects;

  • Surface color changes or discolorations caused by light/sunlight exposure or aging;

  • Natural wood grain variations;

  • Changes or material failures resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • Damage caused by loading furniture above its indicated weight capacity;

  • Items manufactured by third parties;

  • Damage caused by improper installation (please follow our instructions or call us if you have questions);

  • Items that have been exposed to a non-residential or office environment (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).
